Once you have completed the Pre-Application Form and have been contacted by an Area Franchisor, you will be instructed to fill out our Confidential Personal Profile form below and submit it to our Head Office.

This is your next step in becoming a franchisee. This form contains all the information that we require to further assist you with your decision on owning a Your Dollar Store with More franchise. The more information you are able to provide us, the better understanding we will have in assisting you with your franchising decision.
